Questions

Before you buy

Can I really use this on a job site?
That's what it's built for. Add it to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app. Pages you've already visited stay available with no signal, and search gets you to the right lesson in a few seconds. Video playback still needs a connection — everything else doesn't.
I'm brand new to HVAC. Is this too advanced?
Level 1 assumes nothing. It starts at "what is this box on the wall" and builds from there. If you've never touched a ductless system, start at Level 1 and work forward. If you're an experienced tech who just hasn't done much ductless, most people jump straight to Level 2 and 3.
Is this brand-specific?
No, and deliberately so. There's no manufacturer sponsorship here. The principles, the diagnostic approach and the service procedures carry across brands — where something genuinely differs by manufacturer, the lesson says so and shows you how to find the right answer in that brand's documentation.
Do I keep access forever?
One-time plans — Single Level and All-Access Lifetime — are yours permanently, including lessons added later. The monthly plan gives you everything for as long as the subscription is active, and you can cancel any time.
Can I put my whole crew on it?
Each membership is for one person. If you're training several techs, email support and we'll sort out a team rate rather than have you buy seats one at a time.
Does this count for continuing education credit?
Not currently. This is practical field training rather than an accredited CE course. All-Access members get a certificate of completion, which some employers accept as evidence of training — check with yours first.
What if new lessons stop being added?
Everything filmed to date stays available on one-time plans regardless. New material is added as it gets shot — Level 5 is filming now — and it lands in your account automatically at no extra cost.
